Cancellation Policy

Enrollment and Fees: All lessons must be booked in advance, either as a full term or individual sessions (subject to availability). Payment must be made before the first lesson to secure a place. Fees are generally non-refundable, and a booking is only confirmed once payment has been received. Cancellations and Refunds: Missed classes, including those due to illness or holidays, are not refunded. Make-up classes are not guaranteed but may be offered at the Academy’s discretion if space allows. If the Academy cancels a class (e.g., due to tutor illness), a make-up lesson or credit will be provided. In cases of government-mandated closures, lessons may move online. Notice of Withdrawal: Students wishing to withdraw must provide at least two weeks’ written notice. If less notice is given, the full term fee remains payable. Punctuality and Attendance: Students are expected to arrive on time. Lessons will finish at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival. Regular attendance is important for progress, and repeated absences may result in loss of the student’s place. Health and Safety: Parents/guardians must inform the Academy of any medical conditions, allergies, or learning needs that may affect participation. While reasonable precautions are taken, the Academy is not liable for accidents or injuries during classes. Students who are unwell, particularly with contagious illnesses, should stay home. Code of Conduct: Respectful behaviour is expected from students, parents, and guardians. Disruptive, inappropriate, or aggressive behaviour may lead to immediate dismissal without refund. The Academy reserves the right to cancel enrolment if terms are not followed. Photography and Media Consent: Photos and videos may occasionally be taken during classes, performances, or events for promotional use (e.g., website, social media, brochures, advertising). Parents/guardians will be asked to sign a media consent form. Consent is optional and can be withdrawn in writing at any time. By consenting, you acknowledge that media shared online may be publicly accessible and agree to release the Academy from claims relating to its promotional use. Data Protection: Personal information is handled in accordance with GDPR and local data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
