SUMMER CAMP BOOKING FORM

Terms And Conditions:

You cannot proceed with your booking online or by telephone unless you accept the terms and conditions so please familiarise yourself with the terms of the booking.
Registering your child(children) for the camp is taken as your acceptance and understanding of the Term and conditions listed on the Academy of Ceol.ie
"SUMMER CAMP is only open to children between the ages of 5 to 12.
Drop off and collection times are 9.30am and 1.30pm. Academy of Ceol “SUMMER CAMP" will not be responsible for any child left unsupervised outside these hours.
A €50 deposit fee per child is non-refundable and non-transferable unless the camp is cancelled by Academy of Ceol.
The full fee must be paid 14 days before camp begins. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the camp starting a partial refund may be given at the discretion of the Academy of Ceol. If cancellation occurs outside of 14 days then the fee minus the deposit will be refunded.
Academy of Ceol reserves the right to make date/venue changes if necessary.
In consideration of the acceptance of the named student(s) in Academy of Ceol “SUMMER CAMP" the applicant agrees that Academy of Ceol "SUMMER CAMP" and / or their employees will not be held responsible for any accidents or loss of personal property, however caused. Any participant whose conduct is deemed by the camp manager to be detrimental to the best interest of the programme will be dismissed-no refund will be made.
Parents/guardians should not enter a camp venue during the day. You must arrange this via phone call to our head office.
The use of mobile phones are not permitted in Academy of Ceol "SUMMER CAMP", except in exceptional situations where approval has been requested from a staff member.
Academy of Ceol "SUMMER CAMP" reserve the right to modify or delete any activity in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Places are allocated on first come first served basis. Permission is granted to seek medical treatment in the event of an accident. A confirmation email will be sent as proof of booking. Payment is regarded as acceptance of the booking conditions. Photographs/Videos may be taken for promotional use.
Additional Needs / Support Requirements
Academy of Ceol “SUMMER CAMP” aims to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment where all children can enjoy their experience. We endeavour to accommodate children with additional needs wherever reasonably possible.
However, the camp operates with a set staff-to-child ratio and is not equipped to provide one-to-one support or specialised care. In circumstances where a child would ordinarily be supported by a Special Needs Assistant (SNA) or be supported by a separate unit within the school setting, the camp may not be a suitable environment without equivalent support in place.
Parents/guardians must disclose any additional needs, medical conditions, or behavioural requirements at the time of booking. This allows Academy of Ceol to assess, in good faith, whether the camp can safely and appropriately meet the child’s needs.
Academy of Ceol reserves the right to decline or withdraw a place where it is determined that the camp environment is not suitable, or where the needs of the child cannot be reasonably accommodated while maintaining the safety and wellbeing of all participants and staff.
